A New Cycle

Poster for the film Tandem Hearts with a Unicorn and a bunny rabbit

Since wrapping up The Roomies, actor Quinn Allan has been hard at work playing the lead in yet another Portland based independent film. Tandem Hearts follows the story of Paul Dawson (Quinn Allan) and Ramona Perez (Heather Harlan) as they make the journey together from Boise, ID to Portland, OR. But while living together in a new city, with so many talented and attractive people, can Paul and Ramona's relationship survive? Can they even survive each other? Find out by following the latest news on Tandem Hearts, the premiere film from debut director, Jon Garcia!

Follow the blog by clicking the poster above, or check out http://www.tandemheartsmovie.com

Make sure you add them on Facebook to see set photos and get instant updates and look out for the film, coming soon....ish.

Throughout the land...

Quinn Allan landed himself a spot in a nice little podcast hailing from Pennsylvania. Check out The Acoustic Diner with Dylan Michaels. Quinn's song "The Man With the Black Bird" is somewhere in the middle of the show. So check it out:

A window into a world...

He’s Quinn Allan. You’ve heard of him. He’s sassy. He’s sexy. And he is definitely not writing this blog. He has graced us with a small video blog performance of one of his new songs. I haven’t got a name for it yet. He! He doesn’t have a name for it yet, that’s how new it is. So watch it, soak it in, and leave us a comment about what you think. Or we’ll come after you. Or he’ll come after you. I don’t know anymore. Whichever pretense is correct.

If you liked all that then make sure you come and check him out in concert Halloween night at the Airplay Café. More details here. Also, Tuesday nights at the Tiger Bar and Wednesday nights at The Hawthorne Theatre open mic night. It’s a ball and a biscuit.

Buying this will make you a better person.

What? You don't already have the debut album from singer/songwriter Quinn Allan? You have yet to visit our music page and click on his name and download all ten glorious tracks of sweet sweet folk goodness for only ten bucks? And you call yourself a music patron. You call yourself our friend. Well "friend," if you plan on staying in our good graces, where the bounty is plentiful, then I highly suggest you click the awesome image of this album, "The Story of Elston Gunn," and bust out that old credit card. There, I think this little chat went rather well. Don't you?
